Cheddar Cheese Bread
3 cups flour
1 TBS baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1-1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 egg, lightly beaten
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a loaf pan
 - In a large bowl whisk together, flour, baking powder, salt, and peppers
 - Stir in cheese and set aside
 - In a small bowl whisk together remaining ingredients
 - Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients **** Just combine, do not over mix! The dough will be wet like drop biscuits made with bisquik ****
 - Pour dough into loaf pan and spread evenly
 - Bake for 45-50 minutes, cool for 10 minutes, remove from pan, and cool for 1 hour before slicing and serving
