Capellini Pomodoro
1 package Whole Wheat Angel Hair Pasta
8 Roma Tomatoes, diced
15-20 Basil Leaves, chopped
2 TBS Minced Garlic (we love garlic so cut this down to at least half if you aren't a fan)
2 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- Prepare pasta according to package directions
- Meanwhile place tomatoes in a bowl with salt, pepper, garlic, basil, and olive oil then combine
- Add drained hot pasta and toss to coat
- Top with fresh grated parmesan cheese and enjoy!
See you can't get much more simple, but this is incredibly delicious and a definite favorite in our house!

Thank you :) To shrink the blog buttons just adjust the height and width by placing height="xx" width="xx" (use the quotes around the number) after the img src code. I used 50 and played until they all looked uniform and were readable ;)
