Each day consists of 1600-2000 calories per day. I am keeping my caloric intake up because I workout 2 hours per day on the elliptical. I need my fuel! I only am drinking water with a diet cherry limeade now and then (I really have to kick that daily habit!) or a green tea (super good for you and promotes weight loss).
First, I will show you the meal plan:

See that doesn't look too bad and it looks completely doable :) Actually, I am excited to start! Sunday I will do all my shopping, prep my veggies and fruit, boil my eggs, and portion out my servings (ie. granola, cereal, fruit, etc) to help make life easier.
Below are the items I need for the week. Most of the stuff I have, but this will give you a good idea on how to create your own list. It makes shopping a breeze.

Hopefully this will help give me the kick I need to eating better...the ENTIRE day! I can't wait and look forward to feeling better and hopefully looking better too ;)

your breakfast on Sunday is cut off so that we cannot see what it is. Can you tell us what all is in your scrambled eggs?

The eggs are topped with my homemade salsa. Sorry about that and I will work on fixing it :) I can post links to the recipes I have, but I will be giving them makeovers so they will be healthier. The recipes with the changes will be posted as I make them as well. Hope you have a wonderful day and thanks for suggestions :)
