I am seriously happy to have found this recipe. It is so simple and is ready in less than 30 minutes! I paired today's dinner with a fresh side salad and homemade Italian cheese bread . Definitely a great pairing :)
16 oz imitation crabmeat, flake style
1 cup butter, melted
2 TBS minced garlic
1 TBS italian seasoning
1 pinch red pepper flakes
12 oz fettuccine noodles
- Prepare pasta according to package
- Combine melted butter, minced, garlic, italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes
- In a medium saucepan add crab meat and butter mixture
- Heat over medium heat until butter begins to bubble, about 5-10 minutes
- Remove from heat and toss with fettuccine noodles
How easy is that?!? Not to mention delicious! But you know me and garlic and butter and noodles and cheese....well you get the idea. This is really yummy! Definitely a perfect meal for those days when you don't want to stand over a stove all day :)
