2 cups turkey stock (I have some leftover in the freezer from a couple of weeks ago)
2 TBS butter
2 TBS flour
- Melt butter over medium high heat and add flour.
- With a whisk combine until all flour is mixed in and continue whisking while cooking for 1 minute
- Slowly add turkey stock and whisk continuosly. Bring to a boil and allow to boil while whisking for 1 minute.
